Warid Telecom on Thursday announced it has started free Public Call Offices (PCOs) service on (V-Sat) cellular on wheels (COW) in Rawalakot and Bagh districts within 12 hours.

In a press release, Warid Telecom said qualified volunteer STM engineers from Canada and Nepal with Warid volunteers are staying in camps under the hostile conditions to make these units operational in these areas.
